Big Tech’s role in atrocity crimes is unfolding in real time. During Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza, Meta’s platforms have amplified incitement, disinformation, and paid propaganda while disproportionately silencing Palestinian voices.
To mark the release of its new report “Meta’s Role in Amplifying Harmful Content During Genocide in Gaza,” 7amleh is hosting an online webinar to unpack these findings and their wider implications. Panelists will explore how Meta’s failures in content moderation and accountability contribute to real-world harm, and discuss legal, policy, and civil society strategies to confront corporate complicity in mass violence.
